Augustines of Central Blackcurrants in Cassis is a mouth-watering combination of South Canterbury organic blackcurrants and a traditional French Cassis liqueur syrup. An excellent addition to any dessert, cocktail or simply over your favourite ice cream.

Augustines Blackcurrants won a gold medal at the Outstanding New Zealand Food Producer Awards 2023. The judges described our blackcurrants as: “Amazing flavour, so versatile in its application.”

Our Blackcurrants in Cassis won a Special Award and were Marvellous Marketing Outstanding New Product – Boutique in 2023.
